How do you make sure the restoration process is as stress-free as possible for the client?
“We start with the recognition that it is a stressful situation. Something happened in your home that damaged your home, whether it be a fire or flood, it can be very stressful and RestorEAZE will recognize that right away. RestorEAZE strives to be as professional and accommodating as possible by taking care of your home and possessions. We understand the importance of respecting the situation. We’re a local company, everybody that comes to your home is local. We’re your friends and neighbors and will always make sure to leave you with a positive impression and take care of your situation.”
What differentiates RestorEAZE from its competitors in the Upper Valley (VT/NH)?
“To our managers, and technicians you are not just another job, you’re somebody who had a disruptive experience, whatever it has been, a fire or a flood, and we are going to treat you the way we would want our family to be treated if the situation was reversed. We have a strong education program for our technicians. RestorEAZE is constantly sending crews for continuing education. Everybody on our crew is getting certifications in water damage, mold remediation, and fire/smoke restoration. We value the importance of education so that our crews understand the process of what they are doing and the science behind why they are doing it. As a result of this, we are proud to employ the most professional remediation technicians in the Upper Valley.”
Why was RestorEAZE started?
“I’ve thought for a long time that there was a natural relationship between water damage/mitigation, mold remediation, and the roofing business… a lot of times people would call me with a roof leak and ask if I can do anything about the interior damage and for many years we had to refer them to other contractors. In 2017, I started talking with Tony Parizo, an experienced professional in the restoration business, and we decided to launch RestorEAZE.”
If there is mold in my house, what should I expect when I call RestorEAZE?
“First, you will talk to a live and local employee who will talk to you about your situation and get out to look at your house as soon as possible. If it’s an emergency we will be right there. If it is a longer-term issue we will schedule an appointment for the earliest convenient time. We’ll talk to you about your concerns and give our professional advice. A lot of times insurance companies are involved and RestorEAZE will help you navigate through the insurance process by starting a three-way conversation with you and your insurance agent. Through that process, we will get your home to where it was before the disaster started."
RestorEAZE is located in White River Junction, VT.
